new barrels for encores

anyone seen the new 28" barrels for the encores?i would be more excited if they would come out with a 28" black powder one.

I just received the 2006 Shooting Catalog from Cabela's last night and noticed them in there.  Interesting to see them go that way, also interested in what the new Encore Pro looks like.  I'm going home at lunch today and will see if the smoke poles come in that lenght.

On a single shot that's not too long, wish it was a litle longer.  Like 30" or maybe 32".  Now that would be a decent length. in my openion.

I agree with you on the length.  I have a 32" BC .45-70 in a Handi Rifle, and the length isn't really an issue.
