RCBS Precision Mic question

Can someone help me with the use of RCBS Precision Mic tools.
Please explain their use and wheather or not they are better than the Stoney Point Cartridge OAL tools.
I use the Stoney point measurer with the modified cases and it has at times been very diffcult to get accurate measurements.
