picking one up for my son for Texas Whitetail
what's the best deer load commercially available for it, I know I have to try to see what shoots best with THIS gun.. my understanding it's a 1/12 twist so about 60g max load.. just looking for experience...
going to put a 3-9x40 scope on it, what's the lowest mounts I can get away with?
please... don't want to get into a caliber discussion...
a 223 will absolutely positively drop a whitetail in it's tracks
