I just bot and attached to my Contender handgun the 1" sling with the uncle mikes swivel kit. The handgun,with the 45-410 barrel hangs nicely at the hip and when I pull it up there is enough slack in the sling to give plenty of movement when I bring the gun up to shoot.
I also have a holster and use it for carrying the longer barrel scoped single projectile shooters, but for small game close range 410 shoot'in this sling is a nice option.
