None of the above--------  BUT, if I had to choose from those two, it would be the P-95 hands down!

I have a S&W Sigma. It is very accurate and have never had a jam up. I have it as my truck gun. I put it through a extremely rough work out without failure. I would trust my life with it.  :D

I have both. Had the P95 since they first came out and have never had a single failure with factory or aftermarket mags. It will also cycle with the CCI bird shot. Have only had the Sigma since Christmas and have had it out several times. Have had no problems with it either and it just fits my hand really good. If I could only get one, would most likely be the P95, but I will probably have a Sigma in .40 cal this year.
