CZ-EAA question
« on: January 25, 2006, 07:58:38 AM »
I've noticed that the CZ pistols (the CZ75) are almost identical to the EAA witnesses. Is the EAA a CZ knock off or vice versa like Taurus makeing (I don't wanna say knock offs but) pistols almost Identical to the Berreta line?

The Witness pistols inported by EAA are CZ clones. They are manufactured by Tanfoglio of Italy. Of course the Witness makes a 10mm that is not offered by CZ. The ones I've owned, have been very good pistols.

thanks I have a 10mm I haven't shot it much but I do like the gun. on the EAA website it say you can buy conversion kits I was wondering if I could say get a 9mm conversion for the 10mm I have I think the clips would be different.

They have the conversion kits in 9mm, 38 super, 40, 45 acp, l0 mm.
You get a clip with the conversion kit. As simplicty stated they are a clone of the CZ. I had a 45 and had over 20k thru it before such a deal came along.
