Is a pardener shotgun barrel safe to be put onto a handi rifle frame? What about a Topper Barrel? Thanks for your help.

Yeap sure is. Rifle frames are labeled SB2 and are stronger than shotgun frames, which are labeled SB1. Check out the FAQs at the top of the page for more info.

I put shotgun barrels on my rifle frames all the time , shotguns run at a lot lower pressures than the rifles .
As long as the lock-up is good it will work fine ,
