What is "CDNN"?

Hello.

On this forum and others a lot of people refer to buying firearms and accessories from "CDNN".

What does CDNN stand for? Is it a chain of stores? A mail order only? None of the above?

Here's their web site, they sell firearms, but they aren't listed on the web, only in their paper catalog.
