were are the rats???

in one particular pond i trap it has been especaily hard to find the muskrat sign ,they were every were in fall, and now when the snow falls i cant find one track and my normal sets arent producing, its like they stopped using the den (i know this cant be the case), please help!

Is it possible someone got in there ahead of you and trapped them out?

bog, the ice is gone on half the pond and i just harvested two of them today after pooking around and looking for runs, found one leading up a warm water stream feeding into the pond, nailed two em!

OK cory,good.With open water start looking for feedbeds.If you only have 110s,look for dens near the feedbeds.If you have footholds,they can be set on the feedbeds.
