I had to return a 16 1/4" .414 SM to T/C for the second time. Received a phone message and when I returned the call was informed that the barrel couldn't be repaired. I was offered any barrel currenty in regular production. Since this barrel was to be used for whitetails by my son, I decided on the 6.8 SPC. (its a 23"). Anyone have experience with this round? Am looking forward to working with it.
