What cut of pork do you use for breakfast and italian sausage?
What is pork butt?
I was at a super market the other day and they had a "pork butt roast", will this be sutable to mix with 80% venison?
I don't have any real butcher shops around here anymore and I am having a problem finding pork for sausage. Wal Mart has groung lean pork, but I would like something a little more fatty so the sausage is not dry.
