Talking with one of my coworkers the other day, he mentions having a .22 pistol he never shoots and wants to get rid of it.
To keep it short, he sold me his LNIB Ruger Mark II Target, blued, 6 7/8" barrel, with four mags, holster, and cleaning kit, for One Hundred Dollars!
I told him he was nuts to sell it so cheap, and that I would give him much more for it, but he wouldn't take more money. He said he bought right after being sworn in, and hadn't shot it since, so he figured he was well rid of it.
I always hear about guys stumbling on bargains, but I never thought it would happen to me.
Anyone know what the TRUE value of this pistol is?
