35 Whelen AI

What would be your thoughts on taking the new Remington 750 Auto in 35 Whelen and having it rechambered for the Ackley Improved?  Do you see any problems with this modification?  I would like to do it just because I don't have a 358 of any kind and the Whelen AI looks and sounds pretty good.  Another reason is I'm left handed and would only have to change the safety.

Coundn't say for sure but I have heard some of the Rem auto's have trouble cycling hot loads reliably, and thus only factory fodder is recomended.  If that's true, then most likely you might run into the same problem.

Now if it were the pump that might be another story.
God, Family, and guns, in that order!

I think in an auto loader you'd be well advised to stick to the standard Whelan rather than an AI. Should feed better and you're not going to be able to load it any hotter anyway.
