new waders

I am planning on getting a new pair of waders this year for trout fishing. This will not be my first pair to buy. The first one was the plain rubber type. I got one year out of them before dry rot set in and they were trash. I just got married and this was all I could afford. My second was a pair od Hodgman Canvas waders. These have lasted me 3 years. I wore a hole were the thighs rub together. The streams we fish are small but sometimes deep. I also sue them when I duck hunt. Does anyone have advice on a pair that will last a few more years? I also store them inside on wader hangers when not being used.
