Hello,

I have the 17 Saunder Jet in the Contender also. I got the barrel from Bullberry.

Mr. Saunders lives in Iowa which is where I live. He has a reloading book on the different 17 cal rounds that he has played with.

I will look up his phone number and let you know so you can get a copy also.

I ordered mine from Bullberry also getting the bullberry for die, RCBS loading dies, Bullberry forend - 12" target model. oh i am having it made 16.26" long so i can shot as a handgun or rifle also. Do you like yours? What is best bullets in yours and how long of berrel have you got? sorry so many questions but i have been looking for a perfect 17 and sounds like from what i have found this may be it. thanks

Hutch

So Bullberry chambers with the 40 degree shoulder and not the 32 degree?? I didnt ask when i ordered my barrel but assumed that it was 32 degree. well shouldn't be much different anyway. Have you ever formed your brass from 357 mag. ? if so how hard was it to form, and what do you do to form your brass from 22 jet? just looking for advice. BTW how many f.p.s. are you getting from the 17 jet 14" barrel? thanks
