A FRIEND JUST BOUGHT A MOSSBERG MAVRICK MODEL 88 12 GA. PUMP. HE WANTS A SLUG BARREL WITH SIGHTS. WHEN I LOOKED ON MIDWAY, NO LISTING FOR MODEL 88 BARRELS. DO MODEL 500 BARRELS FIT?

yes they do fit the 2 guns are the same except for the slightly slimmer stock and the safety locations when u buy a part for the maverick 88 u r buying a mossberg part that will fit either the 500 or the 88
