...I really hope so, cause I want to send off for a few, and I hate the fitting charge! :x
I wonder how many barrels they actually sold during the sale?
Seemed pretty sucessful to me......SO PLEASE DO IT AGAIN NEF!

Can you describe the sale they had a little. I am assuming they dropped the fitting charge. How much of a charge is the fitting? Is the fitting charge on top of the barrel price on there web site?

There is a $15 fitting charge per barrel, on top of the cost of the barrel.

There is also a $10 per firearm shipping fee, on top of the charges above.

The sale was free fitting and $5 off on rifle barrels. They also had a $20 rebate on new rifles bought thru the end of November '05, so I fella could really save some money on a new rifle then send it in for several discounted barrels!!

Yeap. That fitting charge really slides in there under the radar and adds up fast when you order more than 1 barrel at a time.
I think it would be an awesome idea if they did this once a year...but it's wishful thinking I believe.
