.44 magnum Load

How would this load work for big black bears (400+) I hope to use it on deer and bear next year to 50 yds. Grizzly ammo there load ---300 grain WFNGC at 1325 FPS (there numbers) out of a super blackhawk with a 10 1/2" barrel . Thankls Tanoose
