Saw a picture of a New Winchester-semi-auto rifle for big game hunting. Anyone have any details ?
Now it looks like we have two new Semi's the Remington Woodmaster 750 and the Winchester ,which I can't find any details on, only a picture on the Gunblast site. Anyone have info about either rifle and their avalabillity ?

FN's SCAR was there, nice .308. Wish it took FAL mags.
Pity we'll either never see it here, or it will probably be a law enforcment only semi.
Beretta is importing a jazzed up version of Benelli's R1 rifle, from the looks of the booths at the show-that ought to be interesting.
No idea as to your two rifles in question, though.

The Feb issue of shooting illustrated has an interesting article about the new 750. They speak of a redesigned fore end which hides an improved gas port that will increase reliability by providing a more consistent bolt velocity. The fore end has flutes or finger grooves that aid in handling. The fore end is wider and the but stock comes with the r3 pad standard. MSRP is $732. I will take mine in 35 whelen with 22" barrel!

To me the new Winchester looks like a BAR with differant for arm. It is pictured on the Winchester web sight.
