Calibre .380 Automatic. 6-shot magazine. 3.1" barrel. 6.1" overall. Blue, matte, or nickel finish. Weight 20 oz. Wooden grips. Smallest of the locked breech automatics. Made from 1982 to 1988.
This gun was originally designed by Star as the Model 'DK' Starfire. Later marketed by Firearms International, who began manufacturing it in the U.S. as the 'FI Model D'. Later, Colt briefly marketed the FI- made version as the Colt Pony, before IJ-AMAC purchased the tooling and began manufacturing the gun in Jacksonville, AR, as the IJ Pony.
