Bowers rest or shooting system

Does anyone know what this is or where I can get information on it? It is a pistol rest of some kind, I just want to know more. Maybe it would help me to tighten up my groups.

The rest is made by Don Bower and sold through a site which shall remain un-named.  A google search will bring up some more information.

The pic above is a 1st generation rest system.
Don is no longer making rest systems, but his protege Marc Sheehan is.
Marc is now Bower Shooting Systems.
Here is a 2nd generation rest which my daughter is using on practice day, North of Pella, IA for a 1,000 yard match.
