.25cal 120 grain Speer Grand Slam

Anyone use this paticular bullet ? If so how did it preform for you on game/paper..I just picked up a box of them today to load up in my 26" 25-06 Ultra...What kind of velocity are you getting out of it...Thanks  :D

In my 22" Ruger .257 Roberts I get 2899fps with 46.5g H4831SC and a CCI 250 primer.  Very accurate.  I use them to blast clay pigeons at 300 yards.

25-06, 120 grain Pellet

My 25-06 with a 24" barrel gets 3008 fps with the 120 grain Nosler Patitions.
Hunting and fishing are not matters of life or death. They are much more important than that.

With my 257 WBY I get 3200 fps with the 120 Speer. For powder I use RL25. :D

I like GS's but that is a pricey bullet to be flinging at clay pigeons.  Are they particularly thick skinned clay pigeons?  This, I believe, is Speer's premium game bullet.
