I don't see that happening. Browning and Winchester are both owned by the same company. If Winchester were to make a left hand semi auto rifle, it would be competing with the BAR for sales and both are owned by the same company. I like the new Winchester semi auto rifle, but I don't think it will be in production for long.
Another thing that I could not figure out is why is the finish on the Walnut gunstocks so much nicer and better on the Browning rifles and shotguns and yet, Winchester puts on a dull satin finish on the Walnut? The quailty of the Walnut that goes on a Browning rifle and shotgun is a much higher grade , too!
