i am thinking about buyin this gun in the bull barrel. i have the 223 in the reg barrel just wanting some specs on the 22-250. what ammo and stuff like that...

It would be nice to have some specs, I agree. But it seems Rossi is still taking their sweet time updating their website.
Its mentioned here as a new offering:

...but when you go to the heavy barrel rifle page you only see the 2 options of the 223 and 243 models:

i was at wal-mart and in their special order mag. they have the heavy barrel 22-250. its about 180 $. i am thinking about ordering it.. no one has this gun yet?

Looks like none are in stock at SportSouth, so maybe they haven't actually hit the market yet..
