I need a Ruger Blackhawk expert in bad way!
« on: February 21, 2006, 10:56:26 PM »
What I need is a trigger return spring and plunger for my three screw Blackhawk.  Gun Parts Corporation is out of these and Ruger will only sell these if I send the entire gun in.  They will sell me the same parts for a new model BH, so if these parts will interchange, I'll be back in business.  I can't see having to pay $25 shipping to Ruger for a two dollar part.  Please help if you can! I'll be indebted to you.

He's not kidding. They will install the transfer bar crap without my wanting it. This is extortion, in my book.  They're gonna force me to let them mess up my revolver, either that or leave it down due to not having repair parts.

You need Old Model parts which are the same as those on the current Old Army. Brownell's has 'em, page 4 in the attached.
