Interarms was (is?) an importer, with its base in the U.S. in Alexandria, VA. They imported a wide variety of foreign-made guns, some of which were marketed under their original name (such as Walther; a few years ago, they were listed as pretty much the only supplier of factory parts for Walther airguns in the US), while others were branded as Interarms. Doing a Google search, I just read that they were big in international sales, including military weapons; and they got into trouble with the U.S. government ... and banned in the U.S. ... for selling the wrong things to the wrong people. Meanwhile, over the years, they sold a lot of guns in the U.S.; and the gun parts suppliers seem to recognize there's an ongoing demand for aftermarket bits & pieces by current owners.
