white box bullets only?

Does anyone know if you can buy just the bullets that they use in the white box ammo? I am refering to the hollow points. I figure that they work in a factory round, why not in reloads?

I think the 40gr Varminator would be a good candidate to try, although lots of shooters have tried to duplicate the WWB ammo without success.
