i just boughta bsa blackpoeder scope model bp3x9x40.i own other bsa scopes and they are all quite adequate.iput it on my optima and after two shots at 50yards i moved out to 100yards.i was able to manage sub two inch groups.im am not done with my fine tuhing yet.i was just wondering if anyone elese has tried these scopes out and if they hold up to muzzle loader recoil.my load is[for now] 90g pyro select under a300g sst. :grin:

They probably shouldn't because they are so cheap but I think most of the time they do.  I was using a 1x5x32 on a 50 cal ML for a couple of years and never had a problem.  The only problem I encountered was in low light conditions they did not work that well....
Keep shooting muzzleloaders - they are a blast....
