Ok,  How can I get one?  Im just getting into the milsurp, and I would like to try to save some pennys....

I have saved a few pennies but spent lots of dollars.  I'm still glad I got the lic. but the wife may not be.   :)  Its probably the best $30 I ever spent.

Check your local and state laws.  I live in NJ (no choice at this time) and if you don't have a FFL to go with the Curio and Relic license the the Feds. will be knocking on your door shortly after your purchase arrives.  One disadvantage  is you are buying pretty much sight unseen.  Good luck

There is no reason for the holder of a standard 01 FFL to also have an 03 FFL.  It would be redundant.

I do agree NJ gun laws suck......

I have gotten a few lemons, they have always been from SOG (Southern Ohio Guns).  I have had the BEST luck ever with Classic Arms.  Some suppliers are VERY accurate and truthful in the description of their guns.....others havent a clue.
