I just got back from the range with my new barrel. All I can say is wow. I have a 4x simmons pro hunter and at 50 yards I can cover 7 rounds with a dime. The full bull is great for the range and the full bull forend has my harris bipod attached. Pictures to follow.

I got a 270 pistol couple weeks ago havent had time to shoot it or money for a scope put a bsa red dot on it today going out in a little to sight it in. I love the 270 great rifle round going to see what it does with 90gr hp for coyotes.

Should do great. Plenty of range and power in the 270.

Well just got done shooting the 270 encore., not to bad groups with a red dot scope most were 2" at 50yrds the best was 1" at 50yrds I think with a burris 2-7 or 3-12 scope she should be under 1" at 100yrds. The recoils suppriced me I don't think it kicked as hard as my 44 mag encore with 300gr hot loads. I was shooting reloads 90gr bullet with 52grs of h4895 and 130gr bullet with 45grs of same powder these are max loads and they grouped the best. the 90grs were 3125fps and the 130gr were 2695fps I'm going to try some differnt powder tomorrow to see what groups and speed I'm getting. I just thought some of you would like to here this there isnt alot of guys shooting the 270 pistol so it hard to find feed back about it.
