Twist Rate of .223 Barrel?

Hello!  What is the twist rate of the latest NEF/H&R Handi .223 barrel?  I'd like to shoot the larger 63 to 70 grain projectiles for hunting the small wild goats here so tighter a twist the better.  THANKS!
