One of my members was burned badly by an RPG while serving in Iraq. He's a good kid who was very active in church. He was very badly burned - and would not be here if it were not for the courage of his buddies, who got him out of the vehicle, put out the fire on his uniform and got him to his feet and into the next vehicle in the convoy. They did all this under small arms fire. Talk about bravery......
He's now at Brooks army medical center and has developed an infection - not to mention the pain he is dealing with....
His mom has been sick for years and was recently diagnosed with cancer. His dad has develop congestive heart failure. This family needs grace in a big way.
