Can fine handguns buy happiness?
« on: March 15, 2006, 06:06:44 AM »
My answer is "heck yes! what kind of stupid question is that?"

It sure is fun to get away from it all with a little trip to the range. There's something special about firing a truly fine handgun and developing skills that are ever closer to the possibilities that the maker built into it.

That's the attraction of FA guns. They're not just for any shooter. They're for shooters who want the best of themselves and their guns.

I guess that's why I like them even though I don't own one.

Money can't buy happiness!
Money can buy a FA sixgun
A FA sixgun can make you happy
Hmmmmmm
Okay
Money can buy happiness, but only if you spend it on a fine gun.

Went to the range this afternoon & put about 100 rounds through my 353. When I got home, I was even happy while cleaning it.

I will say that it can but some sort of satisfaction which can lead to a happy feeling. I am sure that there are people loaded with money who could buy the world, but are miserable as the day is long.,

:cb2: I find happiness in finding time to shoot the cotton-pickin' guns I've already got!

It seems I gotta wait until school's out every year to go shootin'. I'm swamped til June!

Yesterday went to range and fired my first 20 rounds through my Field Grade FA 83 with Leupold 2X scope.  Only 20.  Offhand.  After a short wait at the bench, I retrieved the targets.  Big smile.  Driving home all I could say was "Life doesn't get any better than this."
