I purchased a really nice 3 screw single six last week. The only problem was it had a set of target grips on it. I have sold them but now I need a set of grips to put this back to stock. I am looking for either wood or the hard rubber/plastic as long as they are the proper ones for the revolver. This revolver has a 5 digit serial number. Any info would be appreciated.

You might try www.gunparts.com. I have a set of fake peral grips on mine righ now, but like you I want to keep the old wood grip.

I doubt you will ever find grips for your three screw ruger, You might as well send it to me ( LMAO). You have a keeper there and you should not have any trouble finding Grips for it, In fact i think i have an old set some place and will look and see if i can find them. If not you might try Brownells or miday, Should not be a problem to find. Let me know how you make out, Good luck

I suggest you post this request over on the ruger forum classifieds. Expect to pay about 1/3 or so of what you likely paid for the entire gun.
