200 gr .425 jacketed bullets
« on: March 22, 2006, 04:01:06 PM »
I just had a friend of mine aquire some .425 bullets along with several other boxes of reloading goodies from a estate sale. He has no use for them, all he loads for is rifles and a 357 mag pistol. He offered to give them to me if I could use them. my question is can I use these  in a 44 mag. I dont want to load these to mag  specs  just use them to plink with. . All I have ever loaded in my 44 is .429 bullets.I dont know if this is practical or should I just pass them up. I dont see a problem other than probably poor accuracy but I wanted some other opinions besides my own.

Thanks Levi
