Perhaps not. Take the resizer ball off of the depriming stem and run a case thru. See what it measures acrost the mouth of the case -- or measure the inside diameter of the mouth if you have that sort of calipers. It could be that you need to buff off a couple of thousandths from the resizer ball. Just put the ball back on the stem, chuck it into a drill motor and use very fine emery cloth or 0000# steel wool to shine it up real well.
To cover all your bases, you might want to mike those bullets you're using.
I find it hard to imagine someone putting enough brass cases into a steel resizer to wear it out.
