I just got done patterning my nef 10ga thunder stick lol, any ways with the factory turkey choke .722" did really good with my handloads 2oz #5 with steelshot wad and copper #6 with buffer same wad did better but would not have any problem with taking a turkey with ether load out to 40yards I was really suppriced my dads Browning Gold 10ga with the same choke did slightly better then the nef. And recoil is no more then a big push kicks less then my 835 w/ 3 1/2" turkey load.
