is $626.00 a good price for a new in box model 70 classic sporter stainless/synthetic ???  it's in .30-06

how about $400.00 for a new in box model 70 push feed black shadow in .223 wssm , with 3-9x40 bushnell scope and mounts included????

let me know , i've got a chance to get one of them ( that's if i decide to that is , might get something else instead ) but please let me know .

I recently inquired about the Black Shadow, as well.  $400.00 (actually $399.99) is what Wal Mart was selling them for new.  Bluebayou, who frequents the NEF site, works at Walmart and said the gun was to be to discounted to $325.00.  My local store still had it listed at $399 as of last Thursday.  

I don't know enough about the Winchesters to offer a comment about the NIB model you inquired about.
