Marlin 1894 Trigger
« on: March 27, 2006, 12:15:46 PM »
My last two Marlins had a trigger done by a gunsmith, cost me $45 each.  I am not complaining about the cost or work, but I have sold those guns and you basically never regain any of that money.

I was thinking about getting a Wild West Trigger and putting in my Marlin 1894FG.  Has anyone ever installed one of these?  Are they a drop in replacement or is some fitting required.

I know they cost twice as much as a trigger job, but I figure if I ever sell the gun I can switch triggers again and use it in another Marlin if no fitting is required for the specific gun.
