S&W mod. 39 - how to tight rear sight

The rear sight on my 39 has loosened.  How do I tight it?

I have found out that the rear sight is damaged.  That`s why it has loosened.  Where can I buy a rear sight?  Any suggestions?

Well I had the novaks on my 3913 and decided that i was going to try an adjustable well not sure how that is working for me if I had made my mind up on keeping one or the other i would offer. However I can say that midway carries several.
