Reccomendations/reviews for new bows.
« on: March 31, 2006, 01:21:54 AM »
Just wondering if anyone has any experience or reccomendations for a youth bow.  I'm heavily leaning toward the Genesis series since I have four kids that will be shooting and they vary GREATLY in size and age.  I'm thinking about the standard Genesis for the big kids and the mini-Genesis for the little guy.  Does anyone have any pro's/con's?  Any ideas for a decently tough sight that won't set me back too much?  Of course these are for targets only.  We are stationed in Germany and will be shooting in backyard/farmers field.

I would expect the Genesis to be a very practical solution for your scenario, however I have never used nor handled one myself.

i got both of my kids a micro midas.  they work very well and they adjust in draw length very easily (no press needed).  they will last them both into their teens and go from 18#s up to 40#s.
