Armsport scope
« on: April 04, 2006, 04:02:06 AM »
I have a scope that says it's made by Armsport I've never heard of it . I was just wondering if any one has? All I have to put it on is a encore 209x50 muzzle loader. I didn't know if anyone knew if it would hold up or if it was just for a 22lr? It would be great if it would hold up to the muzzle loader it has proved it needs a scope.

I used some Armsport scopes years back mostly on 22 rimfires.  I had a 3-9x 32MM that I sold to a friend and he put it on his 35Rem.  This was 25 or so years ago and far as I know it is still going strong.
Good Shooting,
George

Well the scope held up but my head didn't. the eye releif of the scope isn't very much and well to make a long story short it bounced off my fore head about 5 times  course I had moved it forward on each time trying to counter act if but it just doesn't have enough ey releif. But like I said it did hold up to 150 gr. charges in the muzzle loader. I guess I'll just have to find a longer eye releif scope for it.
