had a little 32 birdshead but my buddys daughter claimed it. I was a very accurate gun many loads went tinto an inch at 25 but the feel of the grips never did anything for me.

Personally I really like the looks and feel of the birds head grips.  They do not tend to mitigate recoil as well as the Bisley or "plow handles", but in 32 H&R, it's a non-issue.  If you buy it, let us know how you like it, maybe I'll finally get around to buying one for myself.  Good luck

i think i have changed my mind i like the versitiliy and ammo availibility of the 357 new vaquero not that it would ever be a primary hunting weapon i have a hard time justifying carying somthing that has so little practical use in the field plus i can buy the cowboy stuff that has low recoil and more performance than the little 32.  from the lightest 38 load to heavy 357 loadings. just thinking out loud i guess . thanx superdown :D

WHOA!  The only loads safe in the New Vaqueros is standard pressure SAAMI spec stuff.  No heavy stuff! These are built on a smaller frame and should be considered as such.
Back to the .32's.  I've got the CCH birdshead one and love it.  ust a really fun and nice handling and great feeling grevolver.  One of my favorites.  if you want one, get it they've been discontinued and the lst of them were purchased and distributed through the TALO group of distributors.  They're being sold at sale prices to dealers who are picking them up rather quickly.  If you have any likelyhood of wanting one, hurry.
