A few months have passed since I've seen any posts regarding these Remington primers.

Just curious if anyone has tried them in the Huntsman or Sidekick and what your opinion's are.

Please indicate what powder you were using and whether pellets or loose.

Thanks.

They don't reliably light 777 pellets in my Huntsman and with loose powder I don't see any less blowback with the primer carriers. I would say get the regular W209 (Winchester) Primers, they are cheaper and they always make my huntsman go BANG!

I mostly use the .25 ACP conversion for mine, close to no blowback as you will ever get with the Huntsman/Sidekick.

I've never used them in a Huntsman but my friend used them in his Optima  We could tell absolutely no difference in blowback, groupsize, nothing.  The only difference was the fancy package and fancier price.

Guess I'm the lone ranger on this one, but they did very well in my huntsman with loose t7 I had less crud ring and could load a 2nd shot easily were i couldn't not with w209 had very good groups, but I had good groups as well with the w209. But I could see were it could be a problem with the pellets but then again I never could get the best accuracy with pellets with w209 either, thats why I went to loose powder. They do as advertized in my gun I dont have to strain anything loading a fast follow up shot. I always try to wet patch between shots and sight in that way but if you wound or need that fast follow shot they help. If I was using any other powder other than T7 I probobly wouldn't use them. But the short barreled huntsman can use the boost the fast burning T7 can give it for velocity. I recomend them but only if your using T7.   :money:
