I never seen one either! Sports South took them off their list when they added the NEW 2006 stuff last December. I really don't think they ever had one for sale, at least to the general public. Maybe some Marlin/H&R/NEF boys got their hands on one, but I really think it was a marketing thing. Kinda hard to get someone pumped up to pay nearly $700 for a H&R import, if you ask me.
The biggest thing that probably sunk this is they introduce these new models at the SHOT Show, then orders are placed by prospective dealers/distributors. More than likely, they did not get enough orders to go ahead with them to make it worth their while. That would be my GUESS, and only a GUESS.
