shoot some coons, chucks, nutria, jackrabbits, badgers, etc with .45 ball, and watch them mostly run off with chest hits, and you'll know that I'm correct about this issue. The .45 ball rd performs about like a Stinger from a .22 rifle, and that's it. The 9mm ball rd ain't a lick better or worse. Both suck as manstoppers. Sometimes they suffice, but too often, they do not.
