S&W M&P auto

Thinking about buying one of these. Was the best feeling polymer grip gun I have handled, but haven't heard any feed back on them. Are they a good gun? Reliable? Durable? Anyone have one?

I personally have no experience with them and prefer S&W's third generation autoloaders -- which S&W seems to be fading out in favor of the M&P and 1911's.

However, I heard very good things about the M&P.
