Best bullets for 100 yard shooting with 38s

What's the best bullet design for shooting for accuracy at 100 yards with the 38 special? I like the Keith designs because they punch nice holes in paper, but am wondering whether a round nose will be more accurate at that range. Velocities will be typical 38special, of around 850fps.  I'm only going to use cast bullets.

Questor, I think you may have misread this forum.  It is for using paper to wrap a "patch" around a bullet, then loading the bullet for shooting.  Although it is possible to patch a 38 caliber pistol round, but thre would be little to gain unless the bore was greatly oversized.  Otherwise, the velocities generated by the 38 aren't enough to warrant the effort.

I would only add that the purpose of wrapping paper around a lead bullet is to prevent the problems that arise with cast bullets at higher velocities.  .38 spl loads are well below those velocities.
