does anyone know how to contact Bill Grover,and are the #5s still being made?

Mr. Grover passed away in 2004.  The TLA guns have not been made for many years.  I don't have the date, but it was in the late '90s.  You will occasionally find one for sale, but they are pretty rare.

Sir,  there is a TLA #5 44 mag on gunbroker for 1850.  The seller has had it there for some weeks,  you might see if he will take less....

I hunted with Bill a couple of years before his death.  My understanding from him was that the company had been in receivership since the late 1990s, and nothing had been manufactured since that time.  If you find a #5, you better grab it, and worry about the price later.  They were finely crafted handguns, and I regret never owning one.
No such thing as too dead.
