I would say it's a good price on the rifle. The ultimate shadows have a nice synthetic stock with the rubber inserts, and the 7mmWSM is an excellent caliber. I have a model 70 in 300WSM and absolutely love it.
That scope however, is junk. Take it off and use it for a ring turning wrench or throw it in the dumptster. Plan on saving up another $200+ for some good optics and you'll have a very nice rifle.
